One of the core values behind AOC Web Design is supporting purpose-driven organizations who are having a positive impact within their community. Each year, we select one nonprofit to receive a full pro-bono branding and website package. This will include a website, brand strategy, logo design, brand messaging, font recommendations and color palette.

AOC Web Design is a creative studio powered by sisters Alexandra O’Connell and Caroline Diederich. With backgrounds in design, development, and SEO strategy, they bring a strategic and effective approach to every project. Their sister-run studio is rooted in the belief that websites should grow with you, regardless where you are in your business journey.

Alexandra O'Connell
Alexandra helps small business owners, creatives, and nonprofits launch websites that don’t just look good, they actually work. That means thoughtful design, smart strategy, and a process built to keep things simple from start to finish.
Alexandra started building websites in 2012 and officially took AOC full-time in 2025. Since then, She has worked with clients across industries who want their brand and messaging to feel intentional and authentic to them. Her studio was built on one belief: great design should be accessible, effective, and feel grounded in real support.

Lead SEO Strategist
Caroline Diederich
Caroline’s love affair with SEO started back at Cleveland State University and only grew stronger from there. Since then, she’s honed her skills in the fast-paced SaaS world, helping brands boost their visibility in Google’s ever-changing algorithm jungle (no compass needed).
Originally from Cleveland, she now calls London home—when she’s not deep in site audits or keyword strategies, you’ll find her wandering the city, binge-watching the latest reality show or crime thriller, or planning her next big trip (Japan is calling!).
Caroline is all about soaking up the little joys in life—and yes, dessert after dinner is a non-negotiable.
