Situation
The Aura Vitality MedSpa was a new business to Charlotte, NC in need of a full website and brand strategy.
They sought a clean gender-neutral website that reflected its mission, prioritized its services, and had a very modern brand and logo identity. The website and branding needed to offer clear navigation, streamlined access to information, and a design that aligned with Aura’s clientele.

Approach
Brand Identity
The Aura Vitality provides medical aesthetics and wellness services for both men and women in Charlotte, NC. Along with wellness and medical aesthetics services, Aura Vitality offers a Self Care Club which provides exclusive monthly memberships and packages. The vibe is clean and modern, and they believe in redefining wellness through regenerative medicine. We took inspiration from the literal meaning of “Aura” and “Vitality” and looked for imagery that felt moody and tranquil and would appeal to both men and women.

Logo Design
Examples of the logos show the brand look and feel. At Aura Vitality, they blend the art of aesthetics with the science of wellness to help their clients look and feel their best at every stage of life. We translated that message into an easily identifiable logo and icon that reflects that blend with the merge of the A and V lettering.

Typography & Color Palette
The color palette is a mix of deep, rich blues and beautiful soft greys and creams. We named each color after the elements of nature to keep true to natural beauty. The colors can be mixed and matched to make a huge array of different digital material and paint colors for the business location. The typography is a blend of masculine and feminine font styling to create an appealing neutral pairing to their target audience.

Web Design
The website needed to carefully organize and display a plethora of information regarding all of their various services and package offerings. Each page is carefully structured with clear call to actions and headlines indicating each content block, including pricing and FAQs. Being a new business, The Aura Vitality needed to also ensure they were recognized in AI, the SEO and AEO work done allowed Aura to appear quickly among AI search results and provided accurate AI summaries of the business.

Impact
Within the first 90 days of launch, The Aura Vitality saw 43% of its users booked appointments through the website. Aura also saw 53% of its users were able to find the business through organic search.
Through effective strategy and strategic UX/UI design, we were able to create a cutting edge and clean website that was able to be found across search engines and AI engines such as Chatgpt. New clients were able to access information quickly, book the correct services, and pull up location information quickly. Aura Vitality also had an increase in Self Care Club bookings for memberships and custom packages.
